An extensive remodel in Kirkland, the client has asked for multiple concrete pours, a curb, a patio and a retaining wall. For cost purposes we poured everything in one swoop with one cement truck and pump. As contractors in the Seattle area pouring in the winter can make things dry a little slower, but with tarps and breaks in the weather we can get it done. The Patio has an acid wash to give a semi rough sand look and feel. The retaining wall holds the bank off the street, a Footing drain was added later to help re route water entering from street side. Fence post brackets were added and plumbed at the time of the pour.
